Booklet is a type of a printing production that is typical to polygraph. It has an external similarity with the brochure but with more complex structure and laborious design.
Booklet is made of papers that are fastened in the spine or of a paper that is folded for 2 or more times, in 2 sides of which there is a text and⁄or graphical information. Traditionally booklets are made on an A4 format paper or even smaller. (advertising publications printed on A4 and more are called prospectuses) Booklets should be discerned from leaflets and brochures because leaflets are printed productions with one fold or without any folds.
Brochure is an informational-representative small books with soft covers. Its sheets are fastened with sewing, stapling, etc..
