Paper bags are made of a material that contains different types of papers: that are offset and chalky papers, craft paper, cardboard as well as designer papers (for example efalin, imitlin, plike).
Handles on paper bags can be of 3 types: from rope (polypropylene, polyester, cotton), twine and paper.
Rope handles as a rule are made of polypropylene, polyester or cotton yarn by weaved cord with a thickness of 3-10 mm. There are also handles made of satin ribbons. Bags with rope handles can be made with knot (piccolo) as well as without it.
Printing on paper bags can be of various forms: offset, silk-screen printing, flexography, embossing.
Offset printing is carried out on paper sheets, when the package is still unassembled. Offset printing is beneficial when applying full-color printing, for example , photos, or when the printing exceeds 500 pieces. Digital printing is beneficial for small run printing.
Silk-screen printing can be applied both on ready, already collected paper bags, and on paper sheets, This printing is ideal when the picture of package is not complex, for example the logo, and the printing does not exceeds 1000 pieces.
Emboss printing is carried out only on printing sheets. It is convenient when is necessary to emphasize any part of a picture. Emboss printing can be done on offset printing. It is clear after lamination.
The most expensive type of printing on paper bags is emboss printing that is touchable, then silk-screen printing.
